We avoid unpleasant surprises like difficult neighbors, unscrupulous owners, noisy neighborhoods, and we accompany and assist you during visits to the selected homes. Prior to visits, we will give you a detailed inspection report of each pre-selected property with description and photos.
The cost of this service is added to the final agency fee and is mitigated by time and travel cost savings.
A prepayment is necessary before launching the searches according to the previously defined criteria. Normally within 4 to 5 weeks, a pre-selection of 6-8 properties will be re-visited with you. The deposit is non-refundable if at the end of the visits you have not found the “home of your dreams.”. This is rare because our experience shows that 6 to 8 visits are enough to find the perfect home!

Yes, by email or on-site during our meeting in Barcelona. A summary and description of the requested services will be provided with the corresponding price. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of signing the contract. To start the search for a property, a single payment of 300 euros is required.
